For and in consideration of being permitted to hunt, fish, and/or visit with Robert Rogers, and/or Casa Monte Lodge, on any of the properties he manages, leases or owns.
Participation hereby executes this Consent and Release to the party above, his agents, servants, employees and any other persons connected with him in said activities at the Casa Monte Lodge and any other properties that Robert Rogers manages, leases or owns, and as against him, voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, illness (COVID-19 or otherwise), property damage or wrongful death occurring to him arising as a result of engaging in said activity or any activities incidental thereto wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said activities may continue, and Participant for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns hereby release, waives, discharges and relinquishes any action or causes of action, aforesaid, which may hereafter arise for himself/herself, his/her estate, and agrees that under no circumstances will he/she or his/her heirs, executors, administrators and persons connected with said activity at the Casa Monte Lodge and any other properties he manages, leases and/or owns whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any said persons or otherwise.
Participant also agrees for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that in the event of any claims for personal injury, illness (COVID-19 or otherwise), property damage or wrongful death, Robert Rogers or any of his agents, servants, employees and other persons connected with Casa Monte Lodge and any other properties he manages, leases and/or owns, shall not be prosecuted, and participant shall indemnify and save him harmless from any and all said claims or causes of action whomever or wherever made or presented..
